During a workshop on October 15, 2019, Dastani Consulting GmbH offered interested students of Professor Dr. Sascha Alavi the opportunity to deal with the topics of Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics.
On the basis of a concrete task, the students of the Master’s program ‚Sales Management‘ at the Ruhr University in Bochum were given a concrete insight into applied Artificial Intelligence by Dr. Parsis Dastani. In a full-day workshop, the students learned to create customer forecasts from historical transaction data.
The individual groups worked out investment decisions for the optimization of marketing results on the basis of their Predictive Analytics application.
The practical application enabled the students to build a bridge between theory and practice in their own work and under the guidance of our analysts.
